Question: Should illegal immigrants be offered a path to legalization? Argument for the "No" side Illegal immigrants already have a clear path to legal immigration. Why do we need more laws to offer a 'carrot' to immigration when the laws we already have could be use and should be used. After all this is a Nation of immigrants.
