Question: Should Hillary Clinton be president?
Argument for "Yes" By sandy on 8/26/2008
I have been a fan of Hillary since the Clintons first took office. Hillary has always worked hard for the good of the American people. Her fight for health care for all is one good example. The personal battles were large and she still overcame them. Her real humanitarian qualities stand out. I can picture Hillary visiting countries and getting the job done. I can see her strength when to say yes and when to say no. Hillary, I'm on your side. Sandy
Question: Who should be president - John McCain or Barack Obama?
Argument for "McCain" By Anonymous on 8/25/2008
Nobama08. Sure, he is charming and people get all warm fuzzy inside when listening...We don't need a rock star who will be strutting out on stage to U2's City of Blinding lights. Have you listened to the words. Obamas thoughts on too many issues and his "old buddies" won't do it for this lady. One last thing, as of this moment, Michele would embarrass me as a "First Lady" because a lady she isn't. Can't wait to hear her "blah blah blah" tonight. Thanks
Question: Who should be president - John McCain or Barack Obama?
Argument for "Obama" By Morty on 8/24/2008
Based on McCains war record alone he should not be elected President of anything. When 1000's died in Vietnam he aided the ememy. Why else did he block the release of POW information? It's time for him to confess and apoligize to the families of all veterans. We've had 8 years of a proud "C" student, we don't need another one destroying this country and taking away the freedoms our founding fathers fought for. The presidency has always been a learn on the job position. We need to vote for men with intelligence who can make the changes needed in this country. Obama and Biden are that team.
Question: Was Joe Biden a good choice for Barack Obama's running mate?
Argument for "Yes" By Anonymous on 8/23/2008
He does have the foreign policy experience to contribute to Barack Obama's campaign. Seems like a good pick.
Question: Who should be president - John McCain or Barack Obama?
Argument for "Obama" By honkybrujo on 8/23/2008
I think the Republican Party is disgusting. A parties whose whole existance is to protect the rich and keep the workers and poor in their place is disgusting. If you support this party then you are equally disgusting. Mcshame is an excellent example of their typical candidate, rich and oblivious to the suffering of others. Power to the "People".

Obama is a disgrace to the black race and should never be mentioned in the same verse with Martin Luther King
Question: Who should be president - John McCain or Barack Obama?
Argument for "Obama" By texan for Obama on 8/19/2008
Barack Obama clearly has what it takes to help this country with the economy. He has met with some of this countries most important economic advisors who have a history of doing right by this country. He is an intellegant person, who thinks before he acts. His plans for our energy crisis make sense. Wind and Solar energy are not harmful to our environment and in the long run are more economical. We get wind power in our area to help offset our coal electrical plants. He apposes adding more nuclear plants (because with them comes nuclear waste) until a "safe" disposal can be found.
Question: Is true Integration & equal opportunity for everyone possible?
Argument for "No" By ralphie on 8/19/2008
That old saw everyone is born equal is as valid as saying everyone can come up with the theory of relativity, or define the origin of gravity, or the meaning of life.
Some people are born with different gifts, some artists, some poets, some are good at math, some play the piano well, some play basket ball well, and lets face it some are born stupid and stay that way all their lives. The common denominator, and the thing we have to hope for is that we are born with a zest for life and hope for the betterment of civilization.,and we should celebrate the differences we are born with.
Question: Does John McCain's five and a half year stay at the Hanoi Hilton qualify him for the Presidency?
Argument for "No" By ralphie on 8/19/2008
John McCain has been trying to parley that Hanoi POW thing into the presidency for years. There were a lot of guys shot down over Vietnam, some of the lucky ones survived the POW camps there. They don't consider themselves heros. unless you are willing to advance all who served in Nam the title of hero, qualified for the Presidency.
Question: Who should be president - John McCain or Barack Obama?
Argument for "Obama" By ralphie on 8/19/2008
Obama is a breath of fresh air for this country. We need a change from the same old tired politics, dominated by a bunch of back scratching politicians intent on getting re elected rather than doing anything to change our energy demands, or domestic requirements or our failed foreign policy in this dangerous world.
